This project is part of a long-term collaboration with Flowe SB, where collaborating with the design team I worked on many project. In this case I designed the entire user flow and specifics interaction working side-by-side with the UI team to develop a F24 tax payment flow.
People are increasingly relying on technology to communicate, but this reliance can often lead to problems. People are not always saying what they really mean, and this can lead to misunderstandings. Additionally, people are often afraid to speak up and express their true feelings, preferring to rely on technology instead.
This can be a problem because it means that people are not communicating effectively and may not be able to resolve conflicts. It is important for people to use technology responsibly, and to remember that it is only a tool for communication, not a replacement for human interaction.
For this project the challenge was to be able to digitize a very complex payment document.
This project required me to design starting from zero, a payment tax flow including a step-by-step process to insert data and also a scanning feature to acquire this data from a paper document, this is one of the different designs we designed and iterate to create the final development
Taxes and duties in Italy are payed through the F24 model.
Identifying some technical constraints and UX pain points helped us to try different solutions on how to Design the right flow and features like the OCR system to collect scanned document, and also edit it later.1
